Enchant produces in micro‑batches, with each piece crafted in extremely limited quantities. Due to high demand, traditional first‑come, first‑served releases no longer provide fair access. To protect collectors and maintain transparency, select Enchant models are allocated through a structured lottery system.
This system ensures that every collector—regardless of time zone, internet speed, or geography—has an equal opportunity to acquire an Enchant timepiece.
Why a Lottery System?
The lottery exists for three reasons:
1. Fairness
High‑demand releases often sell out in seconds. A lottery removes the advantage of bots, fast connections, or specific time zones.
2. Transparency
Every entry is timestamped, documented, and processed through a weighted random draw that rewards long‑standing collectors while remaining open to new entrants.
3. Micro‑Batch Craftsmanship
Enchant produces in extremely small quantities—often 1–3 pieces per cycle. A lottery ensures these pieces are allocated responsibly and without market distortion.
How the Lottery Works
Each model follows a consistent structure:
A defined entry window opens for the model
Collectors submit a form with required details
Duplicate or fraudulent entries are removed
A weighted draw selects winners
Winners receive a purchase email with a 48‑hour payment window
Unclaimed pieces are offered to the next eligible entrant
For premium models such as Lake & Mountains, the entry window may extend to 30–45 days to ensure global accessibility.
Allocation Structure
To maintain fairness and brand integrity, each micro‑batch is allocated as follows:
10% reserved for long‑standing collectors
10% reserved for strategic partners, press and internal brand needs
Remaining units allocated through the public lottery
This structure ensures continuity, transparency, and equal opportunity.
Which Models Use the Lottery System?
All Enchant models with the exception of the above allocation are allocated through the lottery.
Each product page clearly indicates whether the model uses the lottery system and includes its dedicated entry form.
Where to Enter
Each model features its own dedicated entry form on the product page. Prior to the start of each lottery, a collector waitlist will be available to provide notification for when the next lottery cycle opens.
Entries are model‑specific and cannot be transferred between releases.

Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Enchant Lottery System (the “Lottery”).
By submitting an entry, participants agree to these terms in full.
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18 or older.
One entry per person per model cycle.
Enchant reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility.
Entries submitted through automated or fraudulent means are disqualified.
3. Entry Window
Each release includes a defined entry window.
Entries submitted before or after the window are not accepted.
Time periods are based on Mountain Time (Canada).
4. Entry Requirements
Participants must provide:
Full name
Email address
Country of residence
Payment Terms Confirmation

Incomplete entries are not considered.
5. Allocation Structure
Units per model are allocated as follows:
5% reserved for long‑standing collectors
5% reserved for strategic partners and press
10% reserved for internal brand needs
Remaining units allocated through the public Lottery
Each model cycle typically includes 1-3 pieces.
6. Selection Process
Winners are selected through a weighted random draw.
Weighting rewards prior collectors while maintaining fairness for new entrants.
Enchant does not guarantee allocation to any entrant.
All draws are documented for auditability.
7. Winner Notification
Winners receive an email with purchase instructions.
A 48‑hour payment window applies.
Failure to complete payment within the window forfeits the allocation.
Unclaimed pieces are offered to the next eligible entrant.
8. Payment & Order Completion
Payment must be completed through the method provided in the winner email.
Orders not completed within the payment window are automatically cancelled.
Taxes, duties, and shipping fees apply based on destination.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Lottery entries cannot be cancelled.
Allocations cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Refunds follow Enchant’s standard return policy (if applicable).
10. Privacy & Data Use
Entry information is used solely for Lottery administration and communication related to Enchant releases.
Enchant does not sell or share personal data.
Data is stored securely in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
11. Fairness & Integrity
Duplicate entries are removed.
Fraudulent entries are disqualified.
Enchant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Lottery if necessary to maintain fairness.
12. General Conditions
Enchant may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Participation constitutes acceptance of the current version.
All decisions made by Enchant regarding the Lottery are final.
