Terms and Conditions

1. Customer Conduct & Community Standards

Enchant watches are created for individuals who appreciate craftsmanship, artistry, and respectful communication. While most of our collectors embody this spirit, we maintain a zero‑tolerance policy for abusive behaviour.

  • We reserve the right to ignore, block, or blacklist individuals who engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward our team, partners, or community.

  • We may cancel and refund any associated orders at our discretion.


2. Anti‑Flipping Policy

As an independent atelier producing limited‑quantity pieces, our goal is to place watches with genuine collectors—not speculative resellers.

  • We reserve the right to cancel, refund, or refuse future orders from individuals found to be flipping Enchant watches.

  • Selling a watch before delivery qualifies as flipping.

  • Other behaviours may also qualify; decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.


3. Orders

All orders are subject to payment completion, acceptance by Enchant Watches or our authorised partners, and product availability.

Payment Methods

Depending on the product, accepted payment methods may include:

  • Major credit cards

  • Bank wire transfers

  • Approved digital payment platforms

  • Store credit (where applicable)

We may refuse or refund an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Payment not clearing

  • Import/export restrictions

  • Product unavailability

  • Violations of our conduct or anti‑flipping policies

Pre‑Orders

For limited releases or made‑to‑order pieces:

  • Deposits are non‑refundable unless we are unable to deliver.

  • Delivery timelines are best‑effort estimates and may vary.

  • Delivery may extend up to six (6) months beyond the earliest estimated date without constituting inability to deliver.

  • If a product remains undelivered six (6) months after the estimated delivery date, the order becomes eligible for a refund.

  • Watches are shipped only after all outstanding balances are paid.

  • If a balance remains unpaid ninety (90) days after our payment request, we may cancel the order and release the piece to another client.

We reserve the right to update or improve product specifications without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Customs

Shipping Costs

  • Orders under $1,000 may incur a shipping fee.

  • Orders over $1,000 include free, insured, express shipping.

Taxes & Duties

  • For deliveries within Canada, applicable taxes are collected at checkout or final payment.

  • For international deliveries, duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Details

  • Products may ship from Canada or from authorised fulfillment partners.

  • We ship exclusively via insured, express courier services (e.g., FedEx, DHL).

  • Delivery requires a signature or authorised acceptance; responsibility transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

  • Customs processing times and public holidays may extend delivery timelines.

Shipping Restrictions

We may be unable to ship to certain regions due to regulatory or logistical constraints. These restrictions may change without notice.


5. Warranty, Service & Repairs

Each Enchant watch includes a limited warranty against mechanical defects. Warranty duration is stated on the product page or accompanying documentation.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, shocks, magnetism, or improper handling

  • Water damage resulting from improper use

  • Wear and tear (e.g., strap wear, case scuffs, coating wear)

  • Issues arising from unauthorised servicing or case opening

  • Cosmetic changes due to normal use

Opening the case or having the watch serviced by an unauthorised party voids the warranty.

Service & Repairs

  • Watches are not user‑serviceable.

  • We do not supply spare parts.

  • Replaced components are not returned.

  • If parts are unavailable, we may replace the watch or components with items of equal or greater value.

  • Out‑of‑warranty repairs are billed based on scope.

  • If a repair is declined after inspection, return shipping is at the owner’s cost.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Some products may not be eligible for returns or cancellations; this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations before shipping are eligible for store credit only.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned for store credit only, provided that:

  • The watch is unused and unworn

  • All protective seals remain intact

  • Packaging and accessories are unused and complete

  • The return request is received within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery

  • The watch is handed to the courier within seven (7) calendar days of receiving our prepaid return label

If these conditions are not met, we may refuse the return or apply a restocking/refinishing fee.

Accessories

Straps, bracelets, and other accessories are considered consumables and are final sale once shipped.

Refund Processing

  • Store credit is issued within seven (7) business days of receiving an approved return.

  • Import duties and taxes are non‑refundable; inquiries must be directed to local customs authorities.


7. Policy Updates

Enchant Watches reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version supersedes all previous versions, except warranty duration, which is fixed at the time of purchase.
